Education
Mr. Chen earned his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 1993. He received his first law degree (B.L.) from Soochow University in Taiwan in 1988 and ranked first from his graduating class. He was also awarded the highest honor by the law faculty - "Distinguished graduate of Soochow Law School" in 1988.
Working Experiences
Before joining Dacheng Beijing in 2005, Mr. Chen assumed important roles at reputable law firms and big multinational companies, including Lee and Li, ING Group, etc. He advised many multinational corporations, such as Citigroup, GE, Exxon Mobile, Credit Suisse, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, etc. on various issues including cross-border transactions and investment activities.
